Amazingly beautiful Indian River/Intracoastal ecosystem.
Booked here last minute before reading reviews. Was apprehensive because some reviews were not so good. On arriving was greeted by captain Phil. The cabins was clean and well equipped and in a great location. We would highly recommend it and we will deffinetly be going back!
Phil was very nice and accommodating so it would get 2 stars( Thanks Phil for being nice), but the rooms could be cleaner and bring your own pillow and blankets. Boat ramp wasn't as advertised about 2 inches of water in the boat slips. Screened in porch wasn't completely screened in so no sitting outside in the evening. Just wasn't as advertised, was a little disappointing.
Beautiful view from the screened in porch of mosquito lagoon. Nice cabin fully furnished including cooking supplies makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy home cooked meals without ever leaving the cabin. Located right on the water, they offer 2 kayaks to use or you can bring your own and put them in at the small boat ramp. They also offer a cleaning station, large ice machine, and a fire pit or charcoal grill to cook your catch on. Being able to bring the dogs was an added bonus.
We enjoy this place. So quiet, layed back & beautiful. We dine Goodriches, or we grill out the fish we catch. Great for a weekend retreat.
